4. Processing Times and Disclaimers

Estimated processing times are provided for guidance only. Actual times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as government agency workloads, holidays, or unforeseen procedural changes. 5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for our Services. In no event shall Veridica Global be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of documents by third-party couriers or government agencies.
